Terms of Business

ACCOUNTS 

You need to register for an account in order to purchase products. Once approved you will be able to access a large range of products at trade prices. 

ORDERS

Please check orders and invoice carefully as any mistakes or issues can only be addressed if reported within 5 days of receipt of products.

STOCK

Stock is supplied subject to availability. In the case of a product being out of stock, unless otherwise advised by the customer, the right is reserved to forward such products as soon as possible, with no additional P&P costs.

CREDIT

Credit for damaged or faulty products, or for shortages, will not be issued unless notice is given in writing within 5 days of delivery received. In the event of the failure of an order arriving, Jon Young Art will not be liable unless the customer notifies us within 10 days after the date of invoice.
